Payment Terms: Payment must be received along with all registration forms and merchandise orders to guarantee seating or processing of order. If paying by check, please make check payable to National Eagle Leadership Institute, and mail along with completed form to National Eagle Leadership Institute, 7300 West 110th Street, 7th Floor, Overland Park, KS 66210, or Fax to 913.345.1053.
Registration Cancellation: NELI will refund fifty percent (50%) of each registration fee when the request is received in writing at least 30 days prior to the conference for which you have registered. There are no refunds for any on-site registrations.
Merchandise Refunds: You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by NELI.net within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less shipping charges). NELI will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items must be returned in their original product packaging.
If you paid by credit card, your refund will go to your credit card within 3-5 business days. If you paid by check, your refund will be process and a check will be issued for the amount due within 15 business days.
NELI will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, visit our Returns Center to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase.
Please note that it takes us 7 to 10 business days to process exchanges once they arrive at our Returns Center.
