As Director of Inclusion and Diversity for Sprint Nextel, Tammy Edwards is responsible for leading the company's efforts to attract and retain diverse talent and customers, and build brand awareness and strategic partnerships with diverse organizations. Edwards also directs the Sprint Nextel Inclusion Council.

Her board service is numerous, including Chair of the Board of Directors for INROADS/KC, and member of the Board of Directors for the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Kansas City. She holds a BBA in Marketing and a MBA in Finance from the University of Missouri.

He is passionate about developing leaders who will become stewards over an organization's precious resources - especially its people.

Prior to his work with FranklinCovey, Harvey enjoyed a successful, 30-year career in finance and management. He now assists several boards and organizations by lending his expertise in leadership, finance, and other development activities. Young, a graduate of Temple University with a B.S. in Finance.
