Corporate Bound Academy™ prepares corporate-bound students for the
challenges of leadership. NELI believes that effective leadership is the
hallmark of professional and personal success. So our goal is to strengthen
one's capacity to lead by providing transformational experiences that foster
intellectual and personal development.
The Corporate Bound Academy™ Leadership Challenge confronts students with
exactly the kinds of decisions and dilemmas leaders face every day. It's
designed to breathe life into the theoretical lessons of leadership they may
have already been taught. Under the skillful guidance of a CBA facilitator,
students work together to analyze and synthesize conflicting data and points
of view, to define and prioritize goals, to persuade and inspire others who
think differently, and to make tough decisions with uncertain information.
